 3 Nut Oval Tray
This tray is 11" x 7.5" x 2" ( tall)
Stitches are slit stitch, solid wrap and diamond stitch
In the center are 3 black walnuts set in resin
Thread used is split dark brown sinew |
Betel Nut Basket
With a center of Betel Nut, this basket is 9.5" across x 3"tall using plain stitch on natural pine needles.
The threads used are dark brown sinew (split) and the element used is solid wrap with faggoting stitch in beige sinew.

 Agate Tray
This tray is 14" in diameter with an agate in the center.
The
thread used was sinew in brown, black, and beige.
Stitches used include plain, Indian wrap, solid wrap, diamond, V, and wheat.
Materials used were dyed and natural pine needles. |
Friendship Basket
Made with natural pine needles, sinew, chain stitch, with black walnuts center and handles.
Size (approx.) 10" handle to handle & 4" tall |
Blue Wave Basket
Dyed pine needles, sinew, agate center, solid wrapped coils (white and blue sinew) chain and diamond stitch, size - 10" long X 9" wide X 2.5" tall.

Natural pine needles, black walnut center and handles, dark brown basketry thread, plain stitch.

Artwood Center with Black Walnut Halves
Pine needles, sinew, small black walnut artwood center, chain stitch, pine needle sheaths (heads) left in tact added around rim of basket.
size is approximately 10" across X 3.5" tall

Braided Pot with Cork Lid
made with braided pine needles, basketry thread and coiled pine needles around the top.
Size: 4" tall X 16" around.

  Lady-bug Baskets
are made with pine needles and basketry thread. Round basket has "V" stitch and wheat stitch, 5 lady-bug center (set in resin) outer coils are solid wrapped with black and red sinew.
The oval lady bug basket has a 2 lady-bug center, with solid wraps of red and black sinew, and plain stitch.

Birch Bark, Series
All baskets have birch bark centers set in resin. Using natural and dyed pine needles, waxed linen and basketry threads.
For size reference, the top tri-colored basket is 7" x 5" x 1.5".
